Fixed Mobile Convergence.

Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) provides full integration of mobile phones with the VOIPFAST telephone system. This is available on all popular phones and provides a seamless link for callers wherever you may be as the least expensive connection available will always be used. The FMC Client allows you to reduce your business expenses as it always searches for the least expensive connection. Another benefit is you are able to phone whilst on the road using your business identity – so there's only one telephone number needed to reach you on the road, at the office or at your home office. In addition to the One Number Concept the FMC Client is particularly characterised by so-called Least Cost Routing and the use of system functions such as "hold", "announced and unannounced transfer", "conference calls" and "call waiting".

Hints on selecting the

correct system

1. Conference systems vary greatly in functionality, our advice to to keep it simple, if you only need basic functions, buy a basic unit. 2. Ensure you have a dedicated network socket for your conference system. 3. Using Power over Ethernet (POE) can save you a power point at each desk.
